A Biloxi park is spruced up a bit more thanks to some local restaurant employees who left the hustle and bustle of the work place to enjoy nature and enhance it today. About ten Shaggy’s employees spent the morning picking up trash in Hiller Park as a part of a company-wide beach and park clean-up.

Restaurant workers tell News 25 Shaggy’s is committed to being involved with the community and this is the perfect way for them to give back.

Shaggy’s Director of Public Relations Marcella Richardson said, “We just want to make a difference in the community. We like to be involved in our communities and make a difference. This is just a fun way for our employees to get out and enjoy this beautiful weather we’re having this fall as well as make a difference.”

Shaggy’s also had about 14 employees in Pass Christian cleaning up the park across from the restaurant parking lot there as well as the beach.
